Cake glaze gives cakes, cookies, cake pops, and cupcakes a noble shine with minimal effort. Unlike couverture, cake glaze only needs to be melted and does not require tempering to become firm again and shine beautifully. The glaze can also be melted down multiple times without any issues. Ingredients: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), concentrate (beetroot juice), emulsifier: E492, E322 (sunflower), coloring: E160a.
