• Milk protein is made from fresh pasteurised skimmed milk. During the manufacturing process, the casein is precipitated with acid, then neutralised and spray-dried. • Soya protein is one of the few vegetable proteins that has a complete amino acid spectrum. Within the manufacturing process, the soybeans are de-oiled and the carbohydrates are extracted.
