The traditional manufacturing process highlights the scent of orange blossom and cinnamon, which gives Maracaibo Clasificado 65% a festive setting, enhanced by the subtle bouquet of raisins, which gradually dissipates in a long-lasting finish.

This couverture is excellent for coating chocolates and specialties, for molding hollow bodies, and for preparing ganaches, mousses & creams.

Ingredients: Shelled cocoa beans (52%) (Venezuela), sugar, cocoa butter, Madagascar vanilla. Cocoa: 65% minimum. May contain traces of milk (including lactose), hazelnuts and almonds.
