The Avelines pralines, developed in 1922, are a crucial element in the history of the Favarger manufactory, as they quickly became a signature product. Their exquisite composition contains only the finest ingredients, such as cocoa beans from carefully selected origins, which form the basis of the cocoa mass still produced entirely in our manufactory. Swiss whole milk, hazelnuts, almonds, and extract of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar contribute to the harmonious taste and incomparable aromas of the Avelines.
