Fabbri Mixybar elderflower with berries

Ruby red with purple-red reflections; when diluted, it retains its appearance with a finer shade. The aroma is very intense with floral nuances of elderflower and fruity notes of small red berries, namely elderberries and currants. On the palate, it feels sweet, smooth, and quite balanced with a persistent finish. It can be paired with sparkling wines, white spirits, and beer. Essential for elderflower and elderberry spritz, and – still unknown – with beer for a surprising Hugo Rosé spritz, also available in the ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
