ErdmannHauser Mini Spelt Crispy Pretzels with Sesame Organic

Fine crunchy pretzels made from Demeter spelt and sprinkled with sesame. They are enjoyed by both young and old, making them ideal for a festive aperitif or simply as a delicious snack in between meals. The ingredients are kneaded into a smooth dough in the dough-making facility. The dough is then rolled out thinly, the pretzels are cut out, and left to rest in the fermentation channel. Next, the pretzels pass through a cold lye bath and are sprinkled with sesame. Finally, the pretzels are baked in continuous ovens, checked, and packaged. Always incredibly fresh, crispy, and tasty.
