Fine crispy pretzels made from Demeter spelt, sprinkled with sesame. They are enjoyed by both young and old and are ideal for a festive aperitif or simply as a delicious snack in between. The ingredients are kneaded into a smooth dough in the dough-making process. The dough is rolled out thinly, the pretzels are cut out, and allowed to rest in the fermentation channel. Next, the pretzels undergo a cold lye bath and are sprinkled with sesame. Finally, the pretzels are baked in continuous ovens, checked, and packaged. Always incredibly fresh, crispy, and tasty.
