The vitality mushroom grows on birch bark in swampy forest areas of Russia, Poland, the Baltics, and Finland. These Chaga organic mushroom pieces are exclusively harvested from living birch trees at a height of about 10-15 meters. Traditionally, Chaga is prepared as tea. For such Chaga mushroom tea, the Chaga pieces are more suitable than Chaga mushroom powder or Chaga tincture. The pieces are boiled in water and should steep for 30 minutes to ensure optimal extraction of the Chaga. When stored properly, Chaga is particularly efficient and can be reused up to 15 times.
