The vitality mushroom grows on birch bark in swampy forest areas of Russia, Poland, the Baltics, and Finland. These Chaga organic mushroom pieces are exclusively harvested from living birch trees at a height of about 10-15 meters. Traditionally, Chaga is prepared as tea. For such Chaga mushroom tea, the Chaga pieces are more suitable than Chaga mushroom powder or Chaga tincture. The pieces are boiled in water and should steep for 30 minutes to ensure optimal extraction of the Chaga. When stored properly, Chaga is particularly productive and can be reused up to 15 times.

Chaga mushroom pieces* (Inonotus obliquus). *From controlled organic cultivation. Laboratory tested.
Instructions for use
1 to 2 cups daily before a meal Classic: Boil 10 g chaga with 500 ml water for at least 30 minutes. Strain the chaga and enjoy the chaga drink. Infusion: Place the chaga in a cup (at least 200 ml) and pour boiling water over it, then cover and leave to infuse for 4-6 hours. Strain the chaga before drinking.
