E-coll High-performance cooling lubricant EE canister with 5 litres

High-performance cooling lubricant concentrate EE is biostable, contains mineral oil, and is free from nitrites, chlorides, PCB, PCT compounds, and bacteria. The concentrate has an alkaline reaction and is thoroughly mixed into the mixing water, resulting in a very stable, user-friendly emulsion. It allows for high tool life and excellent surface quality. Additionally, it provides good corrosion protection, a long emulsion lifespan, and good skin compatibility. The product is silicone-free and ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing, grinding, and threading.

Application instructions:

• Grinding: approx. 4% (1 l concentrate in 35 l water)
• Sawing, milling, turning, drilling: approx. 5% (1 l concentrate in 19 l water)
• Threading: approx. 9% (1 l concentrate in 11 l water)
