Ingredients
Hydrolysed whey protein isolate (milk) (49), whey protein isolate (milk) (45), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin, soya lecithin), flavouring, salt, colouring agent (beetroot), acidifier (malic acid, citric acid), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), antifoam agent (polydimethyl siloxane).acid (malic acid, citric acid), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), anti-foaming agent (polydimethylsiloxane).
Instructions for use
Mix 1 to 2 scoops (30 to 60g) in 250ml of water or milk in a shaker. For optimum results: take 2x daily, 1x in the morning and 1x after training or in the afternoon on rest days. 1 dispenser for muscle maintenance, 2 dispensers for muscle building.
