Drew Estate Liga Privada No. 9 Robusto

The Liga Privada No. 9 by Drew Estate was originally produced in 2005 for the then CEO of Drew Estate, Steve Saka. The wrapper is a very dark, oscuro Connecticut Broadleaf from the USA, which is aged for at least 18 months. A Brazilian leaf from the Mata Fina region is used as the binder. The filler consists of seven different tobaccos from Honduras and Nicaragua. The No. 9 is perhaps one of the best cigars available for purchase. These are full-bodied cigars packed with savory, earthy flavors, along with subtle notes of coffee. Overall, it is very complex and satisfying, definitely not suitable for beginners! The particularly nice thing about this line is that the flavor and strength are not noticeably overwhelming; rather, the complexity is pleasantly smooth.
