76% WHEAT FLOUR, FOLEY POWDER, dried glucose syrup, sugar, CHICKEN EAR PROTEIN POWDER, raising agents (E 450i, E 500ii), salt, thickening agent (guar gum), flavoring. May contain: MILK.
Instructions for use
You still need: 3 dl milk Preparation 1. Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the bag contents and mix with a whisk until you have a smooth batter. 2 Heat a little butter or oil in a pan. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter into each pancake, spread a little and fry on both sides over a medium heat until golden brown (about 2 minutes on each side). 3. serve the pancakes while still hot. Enjoy the pancakes with maple syrup, cinnamon-sugar, apple sauce or jam, for example. Suggested recipe for apple pancakes: Prepare the batter according to the instructions, but only with 2.5 litres of milk. Peel 2 apples, remove the cores and cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick. Dip the apple rings into the batter, making sure that they are completely covered with batter. Bake the apple rings in approx. 50 g hot butter for approx. 4 minutes on each side over a medium heat until golden brown. Serve with vanilla sauce, vanilla ice cream or cinnamon-sugar to taste. Store in a cool, dry place.
