Dr. Oetker Bourbon Vanilla Extract

The flavour extract is made from fine bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar. Due to the extraction process, it contains the natural aromatic substances of the bourbon vanilla in a highly concentrated form and convinces with its noble vanilla note. The liquid sweetened bourbon vanilla extract in the bottle can be individually portioned with the teaspoon according to taste. It is not only suitable for refining baked goods - jam, ice cream or savoury sauces also get a delicious vanilla note.
