This blue tea, harvested from certified organic tea bushes, is one of the most well-known Wu Long (Oolong) teas. Under ideal climatic conditions, its red leaves are rolled and pressed before being lightly fermented. This tea is naturally sweet and fruity, exuding a particularly woody aroma with notes of cooked fruits.
