Greek organic mountain tea, 60 g, stems with whole flower heads - just like a bouquet! Sideritis scardica is the most well-known variety here in Greece, grown under controlled organic conditions. The tea can be enjoyed both hot and as a refreshing cold summer drink. Our field is located at an altitude of 700 m, near Elatochori in the Pieria region, with a view of Mount Olympus. It rains relatively frequently up there, and the conditions are ideal. Harvesting takes place in June and is done by hand without the use of machines, ensuring that the flowers remain intact. The drying process is done - as in the past - without the use of technical equipment, relying only on the mountain air. This can take 6-7 days.
