To produce the fair trade cocoa nibs, whole cocoa beans are roasted, peeled and then broken into small pieces. With their full-bodied cocoa flavour and subtle tangy note, they are perfect as an ingredient or topping for muesli, porridge and pancakes. They are also delicious in yoghurt and desserts, as a baking ingredient and on their own as a snack. Cocoa nibs are naturally high in fibre and contain plenty of manganese and magnesium.
