Convenient portioning for on-the-go. The brand "DAR-VIDA" was established in 1937 in the then biscuit bakery Grieb & Co. in Grosshöchstetten with the first DAR-VIDA whole grain crackers. Initially, the crackers were only available in health food stores, but were soon discovered by hikers as the perfect trail snack. In 1963, Grieb AG was acquired by the Swiss family business HUG AG.
