The Cigsor Luxury is an innovation for the humidor-owning aficionado. Who hasn't experienced the disappointment of cigars losing their freshness due to poor humidity monitoring, ruining the smoke? This is exactly the issue that the Swiss entrepreneurs, engineers, and passionate aficionados at Cigsor have tackled. Their goal was to create a humidor monitoring system that connects today’s mobile connoisseur with their humidor anytime and anywhere, ensuring the perfect cigar. The functionality is as simple as it is brilliant: first, install the Cigsor app on your smartphone (iOS or Android). Then, place the sensor (Made in Switzerland) in the shape of a cigar (powered by two AA batteries) into the humidor and connect it with the app, which is easily done through your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings. After that, you control the sensor via the Cigsor app and connect it to your home Wi-Fi – and you're all set. The Cigsor measures humidity and temperature hourly and pushes the results to the app. If the values fall outside the optimal range (with freely configurable parameters), you will receive an immediate notification. Of course, the values are aggregated to create informative statistics over time.
