Chicza Mint

The world's first certified organic, 100% natural, and biodegradable chewing gum. It protects the rainforest, is biodegradable, purely naturally organic, and fairly and directly traded with the producing cooperatives. It doesn't stick, and the packaging is completely biodegradable, including the film made from FSC-certified cellulose. Chicza is traditionally made from natural rubber called Chicle and is a certified fair trade, 100% biodegradable chewing gum. Until now, there have been no real alternatives to the commercially available synthetic products. The chewing mass, known as "Chicle," is obtained from the sap of the Chicozapote tree and processed directly by the harvesting cooperatives in Mexico. This makes the product particularly fair, as the value creation remains in the country.
