Longer shelf life for food: stays fresh up to 8 times longer. Microwave-safe (up to 70 °C or 8 minutes at 950 watts), dishwasher-safe, and reusable. Suitable for SousVide: cooking-safe up to 100 °C for a maximum of 8 hours.
