Cappy Schorle is the natural refreshment without added sugar. It consists of 60% apple juice from concentrate made from Swiss apples, quenching your thirst without any additional sweeteners or preservatives. In the 1940s, the U.S. government wanted to supply its troops with nutritious foods, particularly orange juice, due to its high vitamin content. Since hundreds of thousands of liters of orange juice are not easy to transport, experiments were conducted to explore how to produce concentrate from the juice. The experts who were to mark the beginning of Cappy tested an innovative approach by creating a concentrated powder that, when dissolved in water, turned back into flavorful orange juice. In 1946, Minute Maid developed a frozen orange juice concentrate that promised a more nutrient-rich, delicious orange powder juice. In 1960, the Minute Maid Company, now the world leader in fruit juice production, became part of the Coca-Cola Company. The Cappy brand is part of the global Minute Maid family.
