Recommended Use:
Mix one serving, 30 g of powder (1½ scoops) into 300 ml of low-fat milk.
Tip:
Advanced users can mix 50 g of powder (2½ scoops) into 250 ml of water and drink. Ideal for a low-carb diet and high training volume. Due to preparation with milk, the shake is no longer low in carbohydrates. Do not consume more than 3 shakes per day. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
