Peppermint leaves, fennel, ginger root, lemon balm, dandelion & centaury.
Instructions for use
Pour 1 cup (approx. 150ml) of boiling water over 1 teaspoon and leave to infuse for approx. 5-8 minutes. This is the only way to obtain a safe food. Sweeten with honey to taste.
