Biotta Organic My Juice Day 1 is your fruity start for the first half of the juice day. It is a light blend of mango, orange, carrot, cucumber, and turmeric. Turmeric has long been used in Ayurvedic teachings for detoxification. The included pepper enhances the absorption of turmeric by the body.
Biotta Organic My Juice Day 2 is your serving of vegetables for the second half of the day. It impresses with a high fiber content. The blend of two types of carrots, acacia fibers, and a splash of ginger is rich in natural vitamin A and a source of potassium.
