Ingredients
Bulgarian mint (CH), lemon verbena (CH), lemon thyme (CH), cornflowers (CH) and sunflowers (CH). All ingredients come from organic farming.
Instructions for use
1. one teaspoon of loose tea per cup, one additional teaspoon for the pot. The recommended amount can be adjusted according to preference. 2 Pour boiling water over the tea and leave to infuse for approx. 8-10 minutes. 3. remove the herbs from the water and enjoy.
