Ingredients
Micellar casein concentrate (contains MILK) 85%, low-fat cocoa powder, L-glutamine 5%, coconut fat preparation (partially skimmed coconut fat, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifiers (E471,E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, MILK protein, stabilisercoconut fat preparation (partially hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, MILK protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose).
Instructions for use
Mix 1 to 2 scoops (30 to 60g) in 250ml of water or milk in a shaker. For optimum results: take once a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed. 1 dispenser for muscle maintenance, 2 dispensers for muscle building.
