Description
For over 2,000 years, black cumin has been used in the Orient as a spice and natural remedy. It is also referred to as the "Gold of the Pharaohs." It is not related to caraway or cumin.
Bio Planète black cumin oil is gently pressed from high-quality Egyptian seeds and only filtered once. It has a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and contains the active ingredient thymoquinone. This makes it very popular in aromatherapy for treating allergies. The sharp and spicy black cumin oil pairs well with oriental dishes, flatbread, chickpeas, cheese, and beans. Due to the full ripeness of the seeds, the oil is easily digestible.
