Properties
This direct juice is made from freshly harvested beetroot of the Robuschka variety, which comes from biodynamically bred, GMO-free and seed-resistant seeds, not from hybrid seeds. Hybrids result from the crossing of artificially created inbred lines and are therefore controversial. The Robuschka is grown by farmers in sunny Baden-Württemberg. The round, smooth-skinned Robuschka has an intense flavour and a full-bodied taste.
