Instructions for use | Always a success...1. Melt 20 g butter in a frying pan. Add a cup of rice and fry until the rice becomes translucent.2. Add 2.5 cups of hot stock and bring to the boil. Simmer uncovered, stirring regularly until the rice is creamy and the water is completely absorbed (12-15 minutes).3. Add butter and parmesan to taste. Stir. Serve and enjoy!
