Ben's Ginger is an organic ginger concentrate, but not because of the sugar (it's not a syrup!), rather due to the high ginger content. Ben's Ginger is made with great care and craftsmanship from fresh, carefully selected Peruvian ginger. In the small workshop in Upper Bavaria's Holzkirchen, Ben's Ginger is not cooked, but only briefly pasteurized before bottling to preserve the existing nutrients. Thanks to the gentle production process, Ben's Ginger is ideal for ginger spritzers, ginger tea, cocktails, and much more.
