Bauckhof applesauce

In Grandma's time, when there were no preservatives or additives, fruits were preserved by cooking them down. The longer the fruit is cooked, the sweeter, firmer, and fruitier the fruit puree becomes. We still use this traditional method today in the production of our classic fruit puree. The use of good old apple varieties and the high fruit content guarantee natural sweetness, made with freshly harvested apples from the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve.

Usage: For plant-based alternatives to yogurt, plant-based alternatives to quark, pancakes, waffles, plant-based alternatives to rice pudding, desserts, or simply on its own.
