Made from "Biancolilla" olives, organically grown, overgrown 700 metres up in the high mountains. The "Biancolilla" at these altitudes expresses the maximum content of aromatic substances and polyphenols. The result is an oil of great harmony, with a fruity, almondy and balanced flavour, to be combined with all vegetables or fresh cheeses. For its herbaceous fragrance combined with an unexpected sweetness, it goes perfectly with cuisine based on both raw and cooked fish.
