Simplifies the maintenance and protection of tiles, light-coloured terracotta tiles, marble, plastic floors, slate, hard limestone, etc. against oil and wine stains, alcohol, soapy water, hydrogen peroxide or bleach. The sealing emulsion Fliesen Avel is a modern water-based product and is applied pure in one or more coats to the previously stripped floor, depending on the desired gloss: 1 coat = waxed appearance, 2 coats = glossy appearance. Non-slip, indoor use, 10-month protection (with 2 coats). Dry in 20 minutes. Apply the second coat after 40 minutes. Consumption approx. 1 litre per 40 m² (1 litre per 70 m² on a previously impregnated floor - Impregnator Stain Protection Louis XIII). For daily and economical maintenance, use the metallised wax shampoo for tiles and marble Avel, which cleans and strengthens the emulsion at the same time.
