Speciality yeast - Asahi # 318 is the proprietary ingredient that makes Super Dry "dry". This special yeast strand causes a strong attenuation during fermentation in combination with the selected grains. Finest ingredients - Asahi uses grains and hops sourced worldwide according to strict criteria to maintain flavour consistency and promote sustainability. Barely starchy and with both a noble style and bitter and subtle aroma hops, Super Dry contributes to the smooth flavour.
