What is the difference between this product and the braun silk-epil 9 (9-521)? They should all be the same in terms of performance, right?

It is the same epilator with different accessories and 9521 seems to have a different colour, possibly a special edition.

The 9-700 also has Sensosmart ->intelligent sensor controls your epilation to ensure the correct pressure.
