Question about Contour Sensors

Good question and also interesting for me because item 18899482 is cheaper. I did some research and I think there is absolutely no difference. On the manufacturer's website (Ascensia Diabetes), the pack of item 18899482 is even shown instead of this item.

I will definitely order item 18899482 next time, if it is still cheaper.
