What is the "big" difference between this IPL and the Lumea Prestige BRI959 (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s6/product/philips-lumea-prestige-bri95900-ipl-geraet-6603698)? I see primarily that a different lamp is installed, which can deliver 450,000 instead of "only" 250,000 pulses. But the attachments are the same? What justifies the higher price?
