When children use the bottle and pump without shaking, only the lower yellow part empties; would be good to know what is missing if the bottle contains 2/3 full but only 1 cm "yellow".

According to our enquiry with the third-party supplier, the item must be shaken well. It is not known what exactly is in the individual phases. However, the active ingredient that protects against the sun is in both phases.
