Question about Sissel Hot-Cold Soft Pack
I need something exactly like this (a quality cold compress) but smaller. All the other ones here have cheap plastic and break after 3-10 times of use. I have back pain and would like to lie on it when I fall asleep (!) Unfortunately, the cheap versions are not suitable for this. It would be so easy: wrap a bit of cooling gel in sturdy plastic and I would pay a fortune (even 44.90 CHF, which is extremely expensive), but the size is the problem here.
What kind of back pain and where? If it is not a herniated disc, I would focus much more on treating the cause rather than the symptoms. For example, with Eleeels R2 Lumbar Traction.
My assessment there may raise questions. When I write that the device can only be used in the lumbar region, I mean that it cannot be used to treat the neck. However, our body is an interconnected system and the cause of chronic neck pain is not necessarily in the neck area, but usually has its cause elsewhere. The device actually relieves the back pain in the whole back area and not only in the lumbar area and also helps to relieve tension in the neck. And this is sustainable and sometimes after only one application. That is my independent experience with it. I have nothing to do with digitec, Eleeels or the distribution/sale of this device. After the treatment, as mentioned, standing up can be very, very painful. Rolling sideways helps quite a bit. Afterwards, the pain disappears and the back feels good.

As a heat pad: 2x microwave at 45 degrees and the pad was leaking... not useful for heat....
