I bought the Body + and received it this week. Unfortunately only the weight is displayed, weather and history! Everything is set correctly, have watched several videos and can't explain it!!! :(. It says on the scale when weighing after the weight "corps x" then IMC. But my person is recognised! I have tried everything. Can anyone help me? Does anyone know the problem. I can't find anything on the net about the problem. Kind regards and thanks in advance :)

Have you looked in the app? Deactivating the weather etc. is also possible there. Maybe one of the parameters (age, gender, etc.) for the Imepdanz measurement is missing (there are certainly correlations in the background).
