Question about Panasonic Multishape
I am unable to take the protective cap off, it just suddenly stopped releasing. Has this happened to anyone else?

Problem solved. If anyone encounters this issue, understand that you dont need to press the button to release the cap. If you cant get it off just stick your nail under it, it will come off.
