How do I know when charging is complete? The unit has been charging for 24h and still lights up red

I noticed this too and studied the manual. It takes at least 14-16 hours for a full charge, and the charging indicator never goes out. Apparently, you can have the unit connected for days without overcharging the battery. The recommendation is to connect the unit for the minimum charging time before use.
