Hello everyone, I have a bald head and beard with a maximum front length of approx. 15mm (chin). Is this device suitable for shaving the head as short as possible and trimming from the ears 0.8mm to the chin with 15mm? I don't want to have a Braun Philips I don't know what all in one device anymore... Thanks and regards
I use it regularly for my beard. it's great for a predefined length. The cutting performance is also brilliant. However, when cutting to 0mm, I think there's a bit of waste (probably more than 1mm). I previously had a cheaper model (Remington "Beard Boss" MB 4125), which left much less when cutting to 0. However, due to the lower sheath performance, I had to cut my beard much longer.
I also bought it a year ago for my beard to get away from the plastic models:
But it's not really intended for trimming beards because it's big and heavy. But it has a lot of power.
At "0" mm, you have to be careful not to cut yourself or get stuck.
That's why I'm not sure whether I would buy it again. On the other hand, I have no plans to replace it either.
The blade adjustment allows you to make a cut close to 0, making it ideal for your head.
The 0.8 - 15 mm range can certainly be covered with the enclosed attachments.
