Above, under the price, it says that there are 5 reviews. But in fact there are only 2: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s6/product/rio-smile-white-3450-ml-led-licht-bleaching-14445754?supplier=406802 Of these two, there are 5 and 3 stars. Together 8. The average would be 4, but 4.4 is displayed. I have my doubts that things are done properly here! I find the rating system very good, and without ratings I rarely buy something just because. Unless there is a VERY good reason for it, I will choose other sources for my purchase decision in future. And will possibly also buy somewhere else...

This is a misunderstanding :). On the page you linked to, only reviews with text are generally displayed. However, as a customer you also have the option of giving a pure star rating without additional comments. These are displayed in the overview and are included in the overall rating. In this case, it is a 5-star and 3-star rating with text as well as two 5-star and one 4-star review without comment.
