Application:
1. first clean the nose with soap and water to remove dirt and oil residue and then dry. This ensures that the nose plaster adheres securely and firmly.
2. remove the protective paper and place it correctly on the nose with the adhesive side facing downwards - directly over the point where the nostril curves outwards.
3. to attach the nose strip, press on the ends and rub them gently. Now take a deep breath and feel the difference.
