Emser Nasal rinsing salt

Emser nasal rinse salt is used to prepare a nasal rinse solution. For this, one packet of Emser nasal rinse salt is dissolved in 250 ml of warm water, and the nose is rinsed with it. Nasal rinses can be performed up to three times a day with 250 ml of solution each time. Generally, it is recommended to perform the rinse once daily. In the context of long-term rinse therapies (lasting several months or years), rinsing treatments every two to three days have also proven effective. Dissolve one packet in 250 ml of water and use it to rinse the nose. Free from preservatives and flow agents. Made in Germany.
