Train your pelvic floor to stay leak-free

Through movement and physical activity, the weights inside the trainer are set in vibration and thus the pelvic floor muscles are stimulated and strengthened quite discreetly in everyday life, whether at home or on the road. Pelvic floor trainers are small, round, oval or elongated tampon-shaped objects weighing 25 to 150 grams that are carefully inserted into the vagina and can be removed at any time using an elastic return strap. Therefore, they are also called vaginal weights or love balls. If training is done regularly, the first results will be noticed after a few weeks. To achieve training success, a pelvic floor trainer should be used for at least five to ten minutes a day.
