Zechstein Magnesium Oil is a saturated magnesium chloride solution that is applied to the skin. The solution is referred to as magnesium oil because it feels oily, although it is not oil in the traditional sense. The former Zechstein Sea dried up about 250 million years ago, and the minerals contained within it have settled and are now located about 1600 meters deep in the Earth. Zechstein Magnesium Oil classic is sprayed directly onto the affected areas and massaged in. The application can be repeated as needed. Zechstein Magnesium Oil can also be applied and massaged in preventively for recurring nighttime calf cramps.

Instructions for use
Depending on the capacity of the spray bottle, between 5 and 20 spray strokes per application are recommended. For the daily dose of magnesium, Zechstein Magnesium Oil is sprayed directly onto the skin and gently massaged in. Normally, 5 to 20 strokes are sprayed onto the skin in the morning and evening, depending on the concentration of the solution and requirements, and then gently rubbed in. Experience has shown that the arms and shoulders are best suited for daily use. However, it can also be applied to the thighs, lower legs or stomach. Applying it to the armpits has also proved effective. Here, Magnesium Oil also acts as a deodorant.
