The new Welloxon Perfect is the ideal partner for permanent hair color and bleaching from Wella. It offers a creamy consistency and easy mixing for outstanding color results. Available in various sizes and strengths for all services: 1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, and 12%.

Optimal flexible cream consistency, easy and quick mixing, more precise application, excellent foil adhesion, and easy rinsing.

Application: Apply to dry hair. Pure Naturals, Rich Naturals, Vibrant Reds, Deep Browns mixing ratio 1:1 with Welloxon Perfect (4%, 6%, 9%, 12%). Special Blonde mixing ratio 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect (9%, 12%). Special Mix for refining/intensifying fashion tones (a mixing recommendation can be found on the color chart).
