Application
Use only the Welloxon Perfect developer with this product. To tint darker, to do a tone-in-tone tint or to lighten a tone, use Welloxon Perfect Developer 6%. To lighten two pitches, use Welloxon Perfect Developer 9%. The mixing ratio is 1:1, example: 50ml Koleston Perfect and 50ml Welloxon Perfect Entwickler 6%.
